Wassup! My name is Maxwell McPhaull for TU BMES. I am a junior bioengineer with a medical devices concentration. I joined BMES to find a community within Temple Engineering and share my knowledge with other like-minded individuals. My plans include pursuing my master's and working in the prosthetic and orthotics industry. I also want to work with making the NFL to make safer uniforms for players.

Hi! I'm Rutva Hadap and I am the Vice President for TU BMES. I am a sophomore bioengineering major with a concentration in cellular engineering. I joined BMES to find a community of peers with similar interes and goals. BMES provides a lot of opportunities for professional and academic growth. My future plans are to combine my love for aeronautics with bioengineering and study biomaterials in space.

Hi! My name is Hira Asghar, and I am a freshman bioengineer with a pre-health concentration on the pre-med track. I joined BMES to be a part of a community where there are similar passions to mine. By being a part of BMES, I hope to grow closer to my fellow bioengineers and share my knowledge and experience with others while receiving the same. After college, I hope to pursue medical school and become an oncologist, where I can use my bioengineering background for research in modifying organs to treat cancer.

Hi everyone! My name is Pooja Arvind and I am a sophomore bioengineering major with a cellular concentration and a minor in chemistry. I joined BMES so that I could become a part of a community of bioengineers at Temple Univeristy and get to know peers in my major. After graduating, I plan to pursue a master's and PhD in biomedical engineering.

Hi! I'm Arushi Jhunjhunwala and I'm one of the Event Coordinators for TU BMES. I am a freshman with a pre-health concentration. I joined BMES to learn more about teh BioE field and meet new people with similar goals. My future plans include earning a MD and practicing neonatology while conducting research.

Hi, my name is Nicole Estephan and I am the STAR Coordinator for BMES. I am a freshman bioengineering major with a concentration in cellular engineering. I joined BMES because I was looking for access to additional resources and opportunities within my field at Temple that would help me succeed in my course work and future career. My future plans include pursuing a master's degree and working within the bioengineering industry.

Hi! I'm Lily Funk and I am the STARS Coordinator for TU BMES. I am a sophomore bioengineering major with a concentration in engineering devices. I joined BMES to connect with peers that are interested in similar areas of study, while also learning more about the Biomedical Engineering field. My future plans are to create medical devices that are able to change people's lives for the better.
